Key Information:
- Location: Louth, Lincolnshire
- Salary: Competitive pay, based on experience

- Driving Licence: Essential (due to the need to travel to various schools)
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience working with children in a classroom setting is essential
- Experience in a mainstream school is preferred
- Knowledge of the National Curriculum and classroom management strategies
- Specialised knowledge or experience in SEN (Special Educational Needs) is beneficial, but not essential
- First Aid Training is desirable
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well with teachers and pupils
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the class teacher in delivering lessons and activities
- Help manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
- Support students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, catering to individual learning needs
- Assist with the preparation of learning materials and resources
- Help children with their social and emotional development
- Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents when necessary
