Job Duties:
1. Providing high-quality care and education to children in a nursery setting.
2. Planning and implementing activities to meet the physical, emotional, and developmental needs of the children.
3. Maintaining a safe and clean environment for children.
4. Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
5. Monitoring and recording children's progress and development.
Required Qualifications:
- Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification or equivalent.
- Level 2 Childcare/ Early Years Educator qualification or equivalent.
- Valid DBS check.
- Paediatric First Aid certificate.
Education:
- Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths.
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a nursery setting preferred.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Safeguarding training.
- Food Hygiene certificate.
Working Conditions:
- Part-Time hours, temporary position.
- Work in a nursery setting with young children.
- May involve some lifting and physical activity.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
