This Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ school is all about fun, creativity, and high-quality early education, giving every child the best possible start!
What You’ll Be Doing:
Getting creative – Helping to plan and deliver exciting, hands-on learning activities
Supporting little learners – Working with small groups and one-to-one to boost confidence and development
Creating a safe and happy space – Making sure every child feels valued and supported
Observing and encouraging progress – Celebrating achievements and helping each child grow
Building strong relationships – Working closely with parents, carers, and an amazing team of educators
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification – Essential to hit the ground running!
✔ Up-to-date Safeguarding training – Keeping our children safe is a top priority
✔ Experience in early years education – Bonus points if you've worked with SEN children before!
✔ A positive, patient, and fun-loving attitude – Smiles and enthusiasm are a must!
✔ Fantastic teamwork and communication skills – Because we’re all in this together!
Nice-to-Have Extras:
First Aid certification – Always great to have!
Additional SEN training or experience – Super helpful!
