What You’ll Be Doing:
- Getting creative — Support and help deliver exciting, hands-on learning activities that keep little minds engaged
- Supporting young learners — Work with small groups and one-to-one to boost confidence and development
- Creating a safe, nurturing space — Ensure every child feels happy, valued, and supported
- Encouraging progress — Observe, celebrate, and support children’s development every step of the way
- Building strong connections — Collaborate with parents, carers, and a fantastic team of educators to create a supportive, positive environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification — Essential to hit the ground running
- Up-to-date Safeguarding training — Children’s safety is the number one priority
- Experience in early years education — Bonus if you’ve worked with SEN children before
- A positive, patient, and energetic attitude — Enthusiasm and kindness are a must
- Strong teamwork and communication skills — Collaboration is key to making a lasting impact
Bonus Skills:

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
