Position: Level 3 Teaching Assistant with Safeguarding Certification

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging and age-appropriate lessons.
• Support individual students and small groups with learning activities to promote development.
• Help create and maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Contribute to observing, recording, and assessing children’s progress.
• Communicate effectively with parents and carers about children’s development and achievements.

Required Qualifications:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant certification.
• Up-to-date Safeguarding training.

Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:

• Proven experience in a similar role within an educational setting.
• Strong understanding of child development and principles of early education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and follow instructions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• First Aid certification.
• Additional training or experience with special educational needs (SEN).
