Position: Level 3 Teaching Assistant with Safeguarding Certification

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging and age-appropriate lessons.
- Support individual students and small groups with learning activities to promote development.
- Help create and maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
- Contribute to observing, recording, and assessing children’s progress.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers about children’s development and achievements.
Required Qualifications:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant certification.
- Up-to-date Safeguarding training.
Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:
- Proven experience in a similar role within an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of child development and principles of early education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and follow instructions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- First Aid certification.
- Additional training or experience with special educational needs (SEN).
Working Conditions:
- Work with children aged 2 to 4 years in both indoor and outdoor learning environments.
