Position Summary:
As an MFL Teacher, you will be instrumental in shaping young minds and fostering a love for modern foreign languages. Key Responsibilities:
Inspiring Instruction: Deliver vibrant and dynamic MFL lessons that cater to diverse learning styles, igniting a passion for the subject.
Curriculum Development: Contribute to the enhancement of the MFL curriculum, ensuring alignment with the latest educational standards and best practices.
Student Support: Provide personalized support to students, identifying and addressing individual learning needs to ensure each student reaches their full linguistic potential.
Assessment and Feedback: Implement effective assessment strategies to monitor student progress, offering timely and constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices, participate in professional development opportunities, and contribute to the overall development of the school community.
Qualifications:
- Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
- Degree in Modern Foreign Languages or a related field.
- Proven experience in teaching MFL at the secondary school level.
- Strong understanding of current educational trends and best practices in language education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
