We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our hardworking and friendly specialist school, based in Sheffield. You would be part of a highly valued support team, who help to ensure that all of our children are well cared for and can make the most of every learning opportunity.

Communicating well with both children and adults is an essential skill for this job.

As a Midday Assistant you will work with a team of staff who look after children at lunch-times.

Providing high quality, safe supervision.

Supporting healthy eating and encouraging a range of lunchtime games.

Creating an atmosphere so that dining and break time is a pleasant experience for both children and staff.

Experience working with children with special educational needs or disabilities is preferred, but not essential. 

Hours-

11.30 - 1.30 Monday - Friday

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
