About the Role:

As a Social, Emotional, and Mental Health Youth Support Leader, you will work closely with students facing ASC, SEMH, complex learning disabilities, or EHCPs in collaboration with schools and a strong local authority. Your role will involve building meaningful relationships, boosting confidence, and fostering a love for learning in each student. You will inspire, challenge, and nurture every student, regardless of their unique path.

Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking a professional with a strong commitment to SEND/SEMH advocacy, skilled in personalising support to meet individual needs, and experienced in behaviour management.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
