Exciting Opportunity: Mental Health Support Worker Needed Location: Newcastle Full-Time Protocol Education is currently seeking a dedicated Mental Health Support Worker to work with children who have Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in schools across Newcastle. Mental Health Support Worker Are you compassionate and dedicated? Join our team as a Mental Health Support Worker, providing crucial support to children with diverse needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), complex learning disabilities, and those with Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs).

**Your Responsibilities**: - Provide mental health support to children with SEMH needs in schools across Newcastle. - Work with children with ASC, complex learning disabilities, and EHCPs. - Collaborate with a supportive local authority dedicated to tailored support for each child. - Inspire and motivate students to achieve their best, regardless of their needs. - Foster a positive learning atmosphere using effective behaviour management techniques. - Assist students in their personal and academic development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
