Job Description: Protocol Education is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Mathematics Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Grimsby. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a commitment to helping students achieve their full potential in mathematics.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective mathematics lessons to students of varying abilities.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to the wider school community.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- A strong subject knowledge in mathematics and a passion for the subject.
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage and inspire students.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and parents.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
