Job Duties:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Mathematics lessons to students
- Utilise effective teaching strategies to engage and enhance student learning
- Assess and monitor student progress to ensure mastery of mathematical concepts
- Provide individualised support and feedback to students
- Maintain accurate records of student achievement and attendance
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the Mathematics curriculum
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or related field
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the UK National Curriculum for Mathematics
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or related field
Experience:
Previous experience teaching Mathematics at the secondary school level preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent understanding of Mathematics principles and concepts
- Superb communication and interpersonal abilities
- Motivational skills to inspire students
- Effective organisational and time-management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualification in Education
- Experience utilising technology in the classroom
Working Conditions:
- Standard work hours in a school setting
- Interact with students, parents, and colleagues on a daily basis
- Possible involvement in extracurricular activities or school events

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
