Do you enjoy working with children and turning lunchtime into a lively, fun-filled experience? We’re seeking a Lunchtime Supervisor to join our dynamic team! This role is all about fostering a safe, welcoming, and joyful atmosphere where students can relax, recharge, and thrive.
Your Role:
- Be a lunchtime champion, supervising and engaging with students during their break, whether in the dining area or on the playground.
- Support students with their meals, ensuring they’re happy and nourished.
- Provide pastoral care, offering a friendly, approachable presence.
- Assist with students' physical care when needed, always putting their well-being first.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills to connect with both students and staff.
- A natural ability to create a positive, supportive environment for children.
Skills, Experience & Education:
- No formal qualifications required—just a passion for working with kids!
- Experience with children is a bonus but not essential.
- Awareness of health and safety practises to ensure a smooth lunchtime routine.
- A calm, patient approach to handling challenges.
Extra Kudos For:
- First Aid certification—it’s always great to have!
- Experience in a similar role (but don’t worry if you’re new—we provide training).
Working Hours & Perks:
- Part-time, 2 hours daily during lunch breaks.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
