Job Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality early years education and care, ensuring each child receives the best start in life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times.
  • Observe, assess, and record children’s progress to inform planning and support.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and carers.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, contributing to a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming learning environment.
  • Adhere to nursery policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health and safety.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Qualification in Childcare or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
  • Excellent understanding of the EYFS framework.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about early years education and child development.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
