Protocol Education are working with a nursery in Spalding who are looking for Learning Support Assistants for their early years classroom.

Your Role: As a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing the development and well-being of children aged 0-5 years. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Creating engaging and stimulating learning environments
  • Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities
  • Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Observing and assessing children's progress
  • Ensuring the health and safety of all children in your care

 

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Early Years Qualification (CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent)
  • Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Genuine passion for working with children
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
