Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our team in Wandsworth, Greater London. As an Early Years Educator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children aged from birth to five years old. Your role will involve creating a safe and stimulating environment that promotes learning and development.
Job Duties:
- Plan and implement activities that meet the individual needs of children
- Observe and assess children's development
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress
- Ensure the setting meets Ofsted requirements
Required Qualifications:
Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification
Education:
Minimum of GCSEs in Maths and English
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience working in an early years setting
Knowledge and Skills:
- Sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Paediatric First Aid Certificate
Working Conditions:
This role involves working full-time hours on a permanent basis. You will be working indoors in an early years setting, ensuring the safety and well-being of children in your care.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
