Job Description:

As a Level 3 Early Years Educator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years old. Your duties will include planning and implementing a stimulating and varied curriculum, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children, and maintaining effective communication with parents and colleagues.

Job Duties:

  • Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote learning and development
  • Monitor and assess children’s progress, identifying areas for improvement
  • Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive approach to child care
  • Maintain accurate records of children’s development and achievements

Required Qualifications:

Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification

Education:

GCSEs in English and Maths

Experience:

Previous experience working in a similar role
