Job Duties:
- Plan and implement activities to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs of the children
- Provide a safe and stimulating environment that facilitates learning
- Observe, assess, and record each child's progress and development
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
- Work in partnership with other professionals such as teachers, social workers, and healthcare professionals
Required Qualifications:
- Level 3 Early Years Education qualification
- Valid DBS check
- First Aid certification
Education:
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years Education qualification
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a similar role
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Specialist training in areas such as safeguarding, SEN, or behaviour management
Working Conditions:
- Part-time hours

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
