Job Title: Level 2 Early Years Educator

Job Duties:
- Plan and implement activities to meet the individual needs of children
- Provide a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and develop
- Observe and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents
- Work in partnership with parents and other professionals to support children's development
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development
- Adhere to safeguarding and health and safety policies and procedures
Required Qualifications:
- Level 2 Early Years Educator qualification
- Valid DBS check
- First Aid certificate
Education:
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Experience:
- Previous experience working in an early years setting
- Experience implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of child development and learning theories
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Organisational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification
- SENCO qualification
Working Conditions:
- Part-Time hours, temporary position
- Work in an early years setting with young children

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
