Job Duties:

  • Plan and implement activities to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs of the children in the setting
  • Support the development of children's basic skills, including language and numeracy
  • Work with colleagues to ensure a safe and stimulating environment for the children
  • Observe, assess, and record each child's progress
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers

Required Qualifications:

  • Level 2 Early Years Educator qualification
  • Valid DBS check

Education:

Minimum Level 2 Early Years Educator qualification

Experience:

Previous experience working in a similar role

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • First Aid certification
