About the Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll work closely with teachers and students to provide essential support that enhances learning and personal development. Key responsibilities include:
- Offering one-on-one or small group support to students, ensuring they have the tools they need to succeed.
- Assisting in the planning and delivery of engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
- Supporting students with their academic, social, and emotional growth, building their confidence and independence.
