What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with a range of learning needs.

  • Assist in delivering tailored learning plans to promote engagement and academic success.

  • Support the classroom teacher in managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.

  • Help with the preparation of classroom materials and resources to aid students’ learning.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working with children, particularly in a learning support role (desirable but not essential).

  • A passion for helping students with special educational needs (SEN) and those requiring additional support.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Enthusiastic, patient, and dedicated to supporting children’s academic and personal development.
