What You’ll Be Doing:

Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with a range of learning needs.

Assist in delivering tailored learning plans to promote engagement and academic success.

Support the classroom teacher in managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.

Help with the preparation of classroom materials and resources to aid students’ learning.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience working with children, particularly in a learning support role (desirable but not essential).

A passion for helping students with special educational needs (SEN) and those requiring additional support.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Enthusiastic, patient, and dedicated to supporting children’s academic and personal development.
