Support Students as a SEND LSA's – Flexible Travel Across Sunderland

Are you ready to be the person who helps a child with SEND thrive? At Protocol Education, we’re seeking kind, reliable Teaching Assistants to support pupils across Sunderland. If you're flexible and can travel up to one hour for work, this role offers a truly rewarding experience in a variety of school settings.

What You'll Do:

  • Offer 1:1 or small group support to students with special educational needs.

  • Collaborate with teachers and SENCOs to create a supportive classroom.

  • Help pupils build confidence, independence, and essential life skills.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Ability to travel within a 1-hour radius of Sunderland.

  • A calm, patient personality and a passion for helping others.

  • DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).

  • Previous SEND experience is welcomed but not required.
