What We’re Looking For:
- Someone who is enthusiastic about working with children and helping them succeed, even if you have no prior experience in a school setting.
- A patient and empathetic individual who can build strong relationships with students.
- Someone who is proactive, adaptable, and can work both independently and as part of a team.
- A flexible individual who is willing to support teachers and students in a range of classroom activities.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage behavior positively and constructively.
- A positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow in an educational setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing one-to-one and small group support to students, particularly those with additional learning needs.
- Assisting in delivering lessons and supporting children in various activities.
- Helping to create a safe and supportive classroom environment.
- Supporting students in developing social and emotional skills.
- Monitoring and tracking progress, providing feedback to teachers, and contributing to regular assessments.
- Helping with classroom management and ensuring students remain engaged and on task.

Qualifications/Experience:
- A degree in any subject is desirable but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
