The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Work closely with students to provide one-to-one and small group support
- Assist in the delivery of inclusive lessons to support students with varying needs
- Help foster a positive learning environment, encouraging students’ development and well-being
- Support students with special educational needs (SEN)
