What We’re Looking For:

  • A graduate who is enthusiastic about working with children and helping them succeed, even if you have no prior experience in a school setting.
  • A person who is patient, empathetic, and able to build strong relationships with students.
  • Someone who is proactive and can work independently as well as within a team.
  • A flexible individual who is willing to adapt to various classroom situations and support teachers in delivering a high-quality education.
  • Strong communication skills, both with students and staff, and the ability to manage behavior in a positive and constructive way.
  • A positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow in an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing one-to-one and small group support to students, particularly those with additional learning needs.
  • Assisting in the delivery of the curriculum and supporting children in various activities.
  • Helping to create a safe and supportive classroom environment.
  • Supporting students in developing social and emotional skills.
  • Monitoring and tracking progress, providing feedback to teachers, and contributing to regular assessments.
  • Helping with classroom management and ensuring students remain engaged and on task.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • A degree in any subject is desirable.
