What We’re Looking For:
- A graduate who is enthusiastic about working with children and helping them succeed, even if you have no prior experience in a school setting.
- A person who is patient, empathetic, and able to build strong relationships with students.
- Someone who is proactive and can work independently as well as within a team.
- A flexible individual who is willing to adapt to various classroom situations and support teachers in delivering a high-quality education.
- Strong communication skills, both with students and staff, and the ability to manage behavior in a positive and constructive way.
- A positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow in an educational setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing one-to-one and small group support to students, particularly those with additional learning needs.
- Assisting in the delivery of the curriculum and supporting children in various activities.
- Helping to create a safe and supportive classroom environment.
- Supporting students in developing social and emotional skills.
- Monitoring and tracking progress, providing feedback to teachers, and contributing to regular assessments.
- Helping with classroom management and ensuring students remain engaged and on task.

Qualifications/Experience:
- A degree in any subject is desirable.
- Experience working with children or in a school setting is a bonus but not essential.
