Are you passionate about helping students overcome challenges and achieve their potential? Protocol Education is looking for an empathetic and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a dynamic school in Newcastle.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll:

  • Work closely with teachers to support students with additional needs, including SEN.
  • Provide tailored one-on-one and group support to help students overcome learning barriers.
  • Foster an inclusive and positive learning environment for all pupils.
  • ✍️ Assist with lesson planning, classroom management, and progress monitoring.

What We’re Looking For:

  • ✅ Previous experience supporting children or young people (in schools, care settings, or similar).
  • A passion for working with students to help them achieve their goals.
  • Knowledge or experience with SEN strategies is highly desirable.
  • ️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
