About the Role:
As a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant, you'll work closely with a child who requires extra support in their learning and development. Your role will be instrumental in helping them navigate their educational journey, providing both academic and emotional support in a fun and caring environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offering personalised 1:1 support to help the child access learning in line with their needs.
  • Collaborating with teachers and the SENCO to develop tailored learning strategies.
  • Fostering a positive and encouraging learning environment.
  • Supporting the child in building confidence and independence.
  • Monitoring progress and providing feedback to staff and parents.

Who We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for a patient, empathetic, and motivated individual who is passionate about working with children with SEN. Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus, but a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are just as important!
