Job Title: Learning Support Assistant - Protocol Education

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing individualized support to students with diverse learning needs in various schools within Buckinghamshire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with teachers to implement and support individual education plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support, assisting students in their academic and personal development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting student engagement and independence.
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create a cohesive and supportive educational experience.
- Help implement behavior management strategies and support students' social and emotional well-being.
