Pay: £85-£95 per day 

Location: Kingston Upon Thames Hours: 8:30-4:00PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with varying learning needs, including those with special educational needs (SEN).
  • Assist classroom teachers in planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, promoting their self-esteem and confidence in their academic abilities.
  • Support students with organization, time management, and study skills to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to create a positive and inclusive school culture that values diversity and respect.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience working with children or young people, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and parents/carers.
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of young learners.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, while also demonstrating initiative and independence when required.
  • Commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and safeguarding.
