Protocol Education is pleased to represent a wonderful client school located in the charming Colchester area. We are currently looking for a dedicated KS2 Teacher to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an exceptional school and make a positive impact on students in Key Stage 2 for the remainder of the academic year.
The Role: As a KS2 Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in providing a high-quality education to our upper primary students. Your responsibilities will include planning and delivering engaging lessons, cultivating a positive and inclusive classroom environment, and assessing student progress. We are seeking a teacher who is enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to creating an excellent learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver dynamic and effective lessons tailored to Key Stage 2 students.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom atmosphere.
- Assess and monitor student development, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and school programs.
- Participate in school activities and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Prior experience working with upper primary students, especially in Key Stage 2.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for teaching and a dedication to nurturing young talents.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
