At Protocol Education, we are hiring several motivated, inspiring KS2 teachers to work across the Leeds and Bradford area in a variety of different classrooms. With us, you will have the opportunity to work in both lower and upper key stage 2; dependent on your preference and experience! Protocol Education is an excellent way to increase your experience of teaching different age groups and develop your classroom management skills. The role is open to both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers.
Responsibilities:
- Create an inclusive, nurturing and supportive environment for all children, including those with special educational needs and English as an additional language.
- Deliver exciting, challenging and stimulating lessons which follow the KS2 curriculum, supporting the successful completion of SATs where appropriate.
- Assess learning and if required, plan lessons which meet the requirements of the national curriculum.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and implement effective teaching strategies.
Ideal Candidates will have:
- Clear and current DBS on the update service or the willingness to apply for one
- Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Right to work in the UK
- Experience working in KS2.
- A passion for the learning of children
- Excellent understanding of the national curriculum

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
