Are you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking to support children in Key Stage 1? We are seeking an experienced or aspiring KS1 Teaching Assistant to join our supply team in Bradford, helping to create a positive learning environment for young learners.

About the Role:

  • Assist in delivering engaging lessons and activities to KS1 pupils.
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support, ensuring every child reaches their potential.
  • Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a productive learning atmosphere.
  • Prepare resources and support the class teacher with day-to-day tasks.
  • Support children with SEN or additional needs, ensuring inclusivity in the classroom.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar role is desirable.
  • A genuine passion for working with children in KS1.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in different school environments.
  • Flexibility to work on a supply basis.
