Job Duties:
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons to KS1 students
- Assess and evaluate students' progress and provide constructive feedback
- Create a positive learning environment that promotes student growth and development
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student learning and well-being
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and other school-related activities
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and teaching methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and meet the diverse needs of students
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching in a KS1 classroom
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of child development and learning theories
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all students
- Proficient in using educational technology to enhance teaching and learning
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
- Experience working with students with diverse learning needs
Working Conditions:
- Work in a classroom setting within a school environment

- Full-time hours with occasional additional responsibilities
