About the Key Stage 1 Teacher Role
As a Key Stage 1 Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver well-structured lessons that cater to individual learning needs, monitoring and demonstrating student progression.
- Create a supportive environment that inspires trust and confidence in students.
- Support students in achieving progress relative to their individual needs.
- Manage a team of classroom staff to ensure a cohesive, effective learning environment.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will:
- Be creative, inspirational, and skilled in delivering quality-driven sessions that engage and inspire students.
- Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or an equivalent qualification.
- Have experience with vulnerable children (e.g., Autism, ADHD, epilepsy) and an understanding of their unique needs.
- Bring fresh, creative ideas to stimulate and motivate young learners.
- Adapt to changing priorities and work flexibly as part of a dynamic school environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
