Key Stage 1 Teacher – Full-Time Position

Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Key Stage 1 teacher to join a thriving primary school. This is a full-time role, focusing on teaching English, Phonics, and Maths, with an emphasis on planning, differentiation, and individualised learning. You will be responsible for creating engaging lessons tailored to the diverse needs of students, while contributing to a positive and inclusive school environment.

About the Role:

As a Key Stage 1 teacher, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality lessons in English, Phonics, and Maths.
  • Use long and medium-term plans to design lessons that meet the needs of all students.
  • Differentiate lessons to cater for various abilities, with students grouped by ability in core subjects.
  • Be responsible for planning, marking, and assessing student progress.
  • Support the development of the whole child through a balanced academic and personal, social, and emotional curriculum.
