Job Duties:
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons for Key Stage 1 and 2 students
- Assess and monitor student progress
- Provide a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Participate in school meetings and professional development activities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records
- Collaborate with other teachers and support staff
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Relevant degree in Education or related field
- Experience teaching Key Stage 1 and 2 students
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in Key Stage 1 and 2
Knowledge and Skills:
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Resilient and adaptable to change
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualification in Education
- Experience working with diverse student populations
Working Conditions:
- Work in a school setting with Key Stage 1 and 2 students
- Full-time contract position
- Salary of £150 - £160 per day
- Regular school hours with additional planning and assessment time
