Job Duties:
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons for Key Stage 1 and 2 students
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Assess and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development
- Participate in school events and activities
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Knowledge of the Key Stage 1 and 2 curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years' experience teaching Key Stage 1 and 2 students
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of child development
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet individual student needs
- Effective classroom management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
- Experience working in a diverse classroom setting
Working Conditions:
- Work primarily in a classroom setting
- Regular interaction with students, colleagues, and parents
- Potential involvement in extracurricular activities and events
