Job Duties:
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to Key Stage 1 and 2 students
- Plan and prepare educational activities and materials
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to students and parents
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student learning and development
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Relevant degree in Education or related field
- Experience working with Key Stage 1 and 2 students
Education:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience teaching Key Stage 1 and 2 students
Knowledge and Skills:
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Passion for education and working with young learners
- Approachable and supportive attitude towards students and colleagues
- Resilient in the face of challenges and able to adapt teaching methods as needed
- Punctual and reliable in meeting job responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional certifications in Special Education or relevant areas
- Experience with diverse student populations
Working Conditions:
- Work in a school setting with regular hours
- Interact with students, parents, and colleagues on a daily basis
- Potential for additional responsibilities such as extracurricular activities or parent meetings

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
