Job Duties:

The Key Stage 1 and 2 Teacher will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons to primary school students. They will create a positive learning environment, assess student progress, and provide feedback to support their development. The teacher will collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure the best educational outcomes for all students.

Required Qualifications:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

- Knowledge of the Key Stage 1 and 2 curriculum

- Strong classroom management skills

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field

Experience:

Previous experience teaching Key Stage 1 and 2 students

Knowledge and Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all students

- Proficient in using educational technology

Preferred Qualifications:

- Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)

Working Conditions:

The teacher will work in a primary school setting, following the school's academic calendar. They may be required to attend staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development sessions outside of regular school hours.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
