Job Description:
We are urgently seeking a Key Stage 1 and 2 Teacher to join our team in Greenwich, Greater London. As a Key Stage 1 and 2 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to primary school students in line with the national curriculum.
Job Duties:
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons to Key Stage 1 and 2 students
- Assess and record student progress, providing feedback to students and parents
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive learning environment
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities
- Adhere to school policies and procedures
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching Key Stage 1 and 2 students
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a primary school setting
- Demonstrated ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Proficient in using technology to enhance teaching and learning
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualification in Education
- Experience working with students with special educational needs
Working Conditions:
- Full-time contract position
- Work hours in line with school schedule
- Competitive daily rate of £150 - £160 per day
