What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Supply Teacher, you’ll dive into exciting and varied classrooms, delivering engaging lessons that capture students’ attention, all while maintaining a positive and safe learning environment. You’ll be a key figure in helping students stay on track with their learning, adapting your teaching style to meet diverse needs and keep those classroom dynamics running smoothly!

⚡ Your Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging, pre-planned lessons that inspire and motivate students.

Create an inclusive and encouraging classroom atmosphere where all students feel supported.

Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and needs.

Help students with both academic growth and social-emotional development.

Collaborate with school staff to ensure seamless continuity for the students.

Manage classroom behavior and encourage a positive learning environment.

What We’re Looking For:
If you’re adaptable, enthusiastic, and love the idea of stepping into different classrooms, we want to hear from you! The ideal candidate will have:

A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (teaching certification preferred).

Previous experience as a Supply Teacher or similar role (a bonus but not essential).

Strong subject knowledge and the ability to teach across various grade levels.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with students.

Organizational skills to handle lesson plans and classroom management with ease.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
