 A thriving specialist school in Rainham is searching for a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), Teaching Assistant (TA), Learning Mentor, Healthcare Assistant, or Support Worker to join their dedicated team ASAP!

  • Work 5 days a week in school or college provisions, supporting students 1:1 or in small groups.
  • Empower learning, boost engagement, and raise attainment for students with MLD and SLD.
  • Build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents to ensure seamless support between school and home.
  • Cultivate your skills as an LSA while experiencing the joy of making a lasting impact.

 Details:

  • Full-time role (8:30am – 3:30pm), temp-to-perm.
  • No prior school experience required! Whether you're a graduate, support worker, healthcare assistant, youth worker, or have personal experience, we welcome you!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
