What Will You Be Doing?
As a Nursery Nurse, you’ll be an essential part of the nursery team, ensuring that every child receives the attention and care they need to thrive. Your Key Responsibilities:

Support Learning through Play: Facilitate activities that foster creativity, cognitive growth, and social development through play-based learning.

Care for Little Minds and Hearts: Provide emotional support and guidance, helping children feel safe and valued in a nurturing space.

Encourage Exploration: Lead a variety of activities – from messy play to quiet reading – that cater to each child’s interests and developmental stage.

✍️ Monitor and Record Development: Observe and document the progress of each child, ensuring you’re keeping track of their milestones and achievements.

Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with fellow educators to create a cohesive and positive learning environment.
What We’re Looking For:

Child-Centered Approach: You have a genuine passion for working with children and understand the importance of early years education.

Qualified and Ready: A Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent) is essential. Experience is a plus, but we’re also open to enthusiastic and eager candidates!

Team Player with Communication Skills: You thrive in a collaborative environment and can communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
