Experience in Internal Exclusion Rooms – Immediate Start
Location: Secondary School, London E16
Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM (Long-term role)

We are seeking an experienced Internal Exclusion Room Manager to join our dedicated team at a well-established secondary school in the E16 area. This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for someone who has previously managed an internal exclusion room and is passionate about supporting students in their academic and personal development.
Role Overview:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the internal exclusion room.
- Support students in maintaining positive behavior and engagement with their learning.
- Work closely with pastoral teams and senior leadership to implement behavioral strategies.
- Provide a structured and supportive environment for students to reflect on their behavior.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with staff and students.

Requirements:
✔ Previous experience managing an internal exclusion room in a secondary school setting.
