Are you a dynamic, adaptable, and passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant seeking flexibility and variety in your role? We are a leading education agency dedicated to providing exceptional support to primary schools across Leeds. We are currently seeking enthusiastic Supply HLTA's to join our team on a flexible basis.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality support to teachers and pupils within primary school settings.
- Lead small group activities, including literacy, numeracy, and intervention sessions.
- Assist in planning, preparation, and delivery of lessons under the guidance of teaching staff.
- Offer support and guidance to pupils, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of pupil progress.
- Uphold the ethos and values of the school whilst representing our agency professionally.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HLTA qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience working as an HLTA within primary schools.
- Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel to various school locations.
- Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
