Protocol Education are assisting an exceptional SEMH school in Skegness who are offering a fantastic opportunity for a motivated HLTA to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing dedicated support to students with SEND/SEMH needs
  • Assisting in the planning and delivery of engaging learning activities
  • Offering individualised support to foster academic and personal development
  • Collaborating with teachers and staff to create a nurturing learning environment

 

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

  • A full, clean driving license for flexible commuting
  • Prior experience working with SEND/SEMH children
  • Resilience, empathy, and patience in supporting students' diverse needs and challenges

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
