We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated HLTAs to join our team. As an HLTA, you will play a crucial role in supporting teachers and helping students achieve their full potential. You will be working in a variety of educational settings, providing high-quality assistance and ensuring a positive learning environment.00
Key Responsibilities:
- Classroom Support: Assist teachers in delivering lessons, manage classroom activities, and support individual students as needed.
- Student Assessment: Monitor and record students' progress, providing feedback and support to help them improve.
- Behavior Management: Implement effective behavior management strategies to create a safe and conducive learning environment.
- Extra-Curricular Activities: Participate in and support extra-curricular activities and school events.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: HLTA status or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or HLTA in a school setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in different schools and adapt to various teaching environments.
- DBS Check: An enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
