Protocol Education is looking for a dedicated History Teacher to join a reputable school in Newcastle. The successful candidate will be passionate about History and able to inspire students to explore the past and make connections to the present day. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and dynamic History lessons for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
  • Develop and implement creative lesson plans that encourage critical thinking and historical inquiry.
  • Provide regular feedback on student progress and areas for improvement.
  • Foster an inclusive classroom environment where all students feel supported.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching strategies and departmental performance.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Be a fully qualified History Teacher with a relevant teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent).
  • Have experience teaching History at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
  • Be highly organized and able to manage a diverse classroom.
  • Show a passion for History and a commitment to student success.
  • Be willing to contribute to extracurricular activities and school events.
