Salary: £130-£200 per day

Protocol Education is looking for a History Teacher to join a dynamic secondary school in Northumberland. If you have a passion for history and want to help students develop a deep understanding of the past, this is the ideal opportunity for you. You will be teaching History at both GCSE and A-level, bringing the fascinating world of history to life for students.

In this role, you will plan and deliver engaging lessons that challenge students’ historical thinking and encourage them to make connections between the past and the present. You’ll also assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support students as they prepare for their exams. The successful candidate will have a passion for the subject and be able to communicate it effectively to students.

What we’re looking for:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • A passion for History and teaching at secondary level
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills
  • Experience teaching GCSE and A-level History
  • ‍ Ability to create engaging and thought-provoking lessons
