The Role:
This full-time position is available for an immediate start and will continue until the end of the academic year. As a valued member of the school’s support team, you will:
✨ Deliver targeted intervention sessions to individuals and small groups, helping pupils achieve their potential.
✨ Provide class cover across the school, fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.
✨ Collaborate with teachers and staff to plan, deliver, and assess impactful lessons and activities.
✨ Promote an inclusive and supportive atmosphere where every child can thrive and succeed.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ An HLTA qualification (or significant relevant experience).
✅ Confidence and expertise in leading classes and delivering interventions.
✅ Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and innovative approaches to enhance learning.
✅ A proactive and adaptable attitude, ready to take on challenges.
✅ A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
